Reconciled with God and One Another
Prior to the fall, human beings were at peace with God and with one another. When sin entered the world, humanity was exiled from God and we all began to experience hostility with one another. The Gospel is all about reconciliation and peace. Because of Jesus, Jews and Gentiles have been reconciled to God, but also reconciled to one another. God is making peace through the cross. We don’t have to create this new reality of peace and reconciliation, we just have to accept that it is ours in Christ. (Scripture: Ephesians 2:11-22)
