You are deifying something in your heart; perhaps many things. Is it God? Is it God alone?

If you give up on the church - every time it gets hard - you will never reach maturity.

We often pray for God to change our circumstances and we need to start praying for God to change us.

We don't work hard to be saved but to show gratitude for being saved.

Who are you going to listen to? Are you going to accept the identity the world gives you or the identity God gives you?

The answer is not just to put forth a greater effort, but to put forth an enlightened effort.
