2024 Teachers' Workshop

Welcome by Barrett Bingham, Connections Minister

In the first few minutes of our workshop, Barrett Bingham welcomes our teachers and expresses the church’s deep appreciation for the kingdom work they are doing.

1st Session with Elders, Eric Monroe and Steve Ellis

The Transformational Growth elders explain the new “Vision and Principles” document, the “Statement of Faith and Practice” form, the guidelines that are pertinent for teachers, and the new strategy for Sunday morning and Wednesday night classes.

2nd Session with Matt Mead, Executive Minister

This session explores the principles of, Sacred Pathways by Gary Thomas, which lays out nine ways people connect with God. This topic is related to learning styles. It will help our teachers understand the various ways people learn and grow spiritually.
