ELDER SELECTION 2022
WE ASKED OUR ELDERS...
Under the leadership of our existing Elders, God continues to bless the McDermott Road congregation with new members. Since the 2016 elder selection process, 300 new adults have joined our congregation.
Additionally, we now support 6 mission fields (1 new), a ministry staff of 8 (2 new), over 40 deacons who lead and coordinate various ministries (19 new), and remote worship, which is peaking at 500 households. During this same period of time, the eldership has decreased by 3 men.
We recently sat down and spoke with these men about their experiences, their vision for the future, and their needs...
