Senior Banquet - May 18th
Our 2008 Senior Banquet is Sunday night, May 18th, at 6:30 p.m. at the Renaissance Hotel in Richardson. The address is 900 East Lookout Drive. Parking will cost $4 when you bring your parking ticket inside the hotel for validation. The parking garage is located immediately east of the hotel. There is free street parking located just east of the Eisemann Center, or you may take the DART train directly to the hotel at the Galatyn Station.

Seniors, begin to collect all your Senior Gifts from the display tables, but leave your display photos.
Girls' Bunko and Guys' Roundtable
Tuesday night, May 20th, is our combined Girls’ Bunko and Guys’ Roundtable at the Church Building. The evening will begin at 7:00 p.m. and end by 9:00 p.m. Girls bring a $5 “Spring Flowers” gift, and everybody bring $5 for food. Sarah Jo and I will make up something good to eat and snack on. Looking forward to having you there – bring a friend. This will be our last Bunko and Roundtable until school starts in the fall.
Uplift Camp - Harding University
This summer we will take our first trip to Harding University’s Uplift Camp in Searcy, AR, and we are very excited to be a part of this exciting event. The date for Uplift is June 14th-19th, so everyone in grades 9-12 mark your calendars. Registration begins February 1st, and we will accept deposits for camp now through March 2nd. The deposit is $90, and the full price for Uplift camp is $190. For more information about Uplift, visit their Web site. A sign-up sheet is on the Youth Bulletin Board, and registration forms are available for download from this site. Click the "Uplift" link on the left side of this page to learn more about Uplift and to download a registration form.

Summer Camp Registration
Summer is coming, and our camper registration is now in full swing. This year you will need to register your campers online. Camp Ichthus (Big Kids Camp) is July 13th-18th for those campers going into grades 7-12, and Little Kids Camp is August 3rd-8th for those campers going into grades 3-6. Our “Big Kids” will be at Collin County Adventure Camp in Anna and our “Little Kids” will be at Brookhaven Retreat in Hawkins. Come join the excitement! Cost is $225 for each camp, and partial and full scholarships are available (contact Sam Brinson).
Camp Counselors
Our summer camp sessions are looking for a few good counselors. If you teens and college kids are interested, please pick up a form from the Youth Bulletin Board. Big Kids Camp is July 13th -18th – counselors will need to have at least graduated from high school. Little Kids Camp is Aug. 3th -8th – counselors will need to have at least completed 10th grade. These applications are due by Sunday, April 6th. Application forms are also available here.
