To encourage and facilitate a higher level of service and participation in the work of the Lord at McDermott Road.  To match opportunities with willing hearts and to strengthen and serve one another through fellowship as we help each other grow through love and understanding and inclusion of all.

Ministry Description

• New Member Assimilation is responsible for delivering new member packets, collecting new member family data and scheduling new member visitation and/or dinners.
• Member Involvement is responsible for collecting and maintaining individual involvement data and providing involvement information to various ministry leaders.
• Congregational Involvement is responsible for facilitating or assisting with congregational events such as special services, family picnics, potluck dinners and holiday parties.
