"Essentials of Godly Parenting" Class
“The Essentials of Godly Parenting” class is designed to provide direction, encouragement and fellowship among all participants regarding the all-important task of Godly parenting. Anyone who wants to learn more about God’s plan for parents and gain practical information to successfully parent in the 21st century will benefit from this Bible-based course.
Presentation materials from each of the past classes are available by clicking the class title links below. Please note that these are Microsoft Powerpoint presentations, and you must have Powerpoint or the Powerpoint viewer installed on your computer to view their content.
We will analyze how miracles are viewed in the New Testament. We will look at why miracles were done and what they accomplished for the mission of Christ as we study nine miracles of Christ. Our goal is to see beyond the event and note why certain miracles were done and what Jesus was teaching about what had taken place. This class meets in the A-B-C partition in the auditorium.
Anchors in Troubled Waters: How to Deal with Conflicts in Life
(Life Support)
This class explores conflict resolution in the Bible and how it relates to our own lives. What are our anchors in times of conflict or trouble? What can we learn from the Bible on how to handle conflict? What are practical ways we can deal with conflict and trouble in our lives? We will look at examples and teaching from the Bible and make practical application to our every day lives. This class is group discussion format and meets in the D-E-F partition in the auditorium.
Sunday Night Deep Dive: Class Edition
(Word Craftsmanship)
This class will explore some of the many deep subjects in Galatians and Ephesians left unexplored by the Sunday morning class format. This class is also meant to provide an opportunity for those participating in the “Essentials of Godly Parenting” class on Sunday morning to study this material. Tom and Mike will bring some of their own deep dive subjects from each chapter and you will be encouraged to bring your own questions left unanswered from the morning session. Prepare to be edified by joint exploration of these precious inspired epistles in God’s Word. This class meets in the fellowship wing.
