We had a great group from our church help the church in Honduras in early June. The week of June 21st, we have had several helping the brethren in Colorado. All during the week of June 28th, we have families in Estonia. Please be thankful for what God allows us to do, and be prayerful for those who are still abroad.

Next Generation NOW
Next Generation NOW is a capital stewardship campaign designed to provide funding for a new educational facility. The church of Christ on McDermott Road currently serves Christians from seventeen communities throughout Collin, Denton, Grayson and Dallas counties. Collin County alone has over 800,000 people and is growing at a rate above 15% per annum.
Next Generation NOW has required, and will continue to require, significant, sacrificial giving on the part of all of us. Our goal is to pay for the construction of this facility without incurring indebtedness so that our resources can continue to be focused on outreach and missions. But this campaign is about so much more than money. It is about our commitment to allow God’s Kingdom to not only affect our lives, but to affect our lifestyle as well. It is about our ability to dream big, trust God, and demonstrate our faith by our actions. Next Generation NOW is about committing to our children that we will indeed tell them of the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, teach them the Word of God, tell them the story of Jesus, and inspire them with the commission of Christ to share the message of salvation with all nations.
As we witness the building opening and our dreams coming to fruition, let’s continue to plan together, let’s pray together, and let’s participate together in Next Generation NOW to the glory of God and the advance of the church of His Son.
